A burger and milkshake is a common wanted meal by americans, especially teenagers. Almost every restaurant, and most fast food places have these two options. But, the two most popular burger joints near me is, Swensons and Steak ‘n’ Shake. Both fast food places are popular, but have different qualities. Where would you rather get your burger?

Swenson’s is most popular for their burgers, especially their “Galley Boy” burger. They also have other options if you are not a fan of burgers, like grilled cheese, chicken tenders, and fish sandwich. Even if you want a quick snack they have several options. For example, fries, onion rings, fried pickles, and potato teasers. After eating all this greasy food, many top it off with a soda drink, or their milkshakes.

“I love their mocha milkshakes, and bacon burgers,” said Brady O’Connor.

Swenson’s is also open very late which is very convenient for many people. The staff there is always running around making sure everyone is helped with. Even thought Swenson’s is a great place to eat, it has competition with Steak ‘n’ Shake just down the road from it.

Steak ‘n’ Shake is a sit down restaurant, and also has a drive through. Most people get a burger there but, they have tons of other options. After reading reviews customers prefer Swensons burgers, but Steak ‘n’ Shake has better prices.

“I like Steak ‘n’ Shakes milkshakes better because they are so much bigger and less cheaper than Swensons,” explained Collin O’Connor.

There are some complaints with the staff though. It takes a very long time for the food to come out, and they are not very personable. But, from personable experience going through the drive through is way faster.

When comparing the two fast food restaurants, Swensons is the best place to go. With its popular burgers, and great staff it seems to be better than Steak ‘n’ Shake. After taking a poll on social media, 76% of teens prefer Swensons. But, what would you rather?
